Hi. My boyfriend is getting his class three license. But the only thing he can't find out is. What he needs to do for the vehicle check before he does his driving test. There is nothing in the book about it and I can't find anything online could someone help me out

The way it works in Ontario before your test , you wait in your car as soon as you are made aware that you are up. Tester comes out, stands in front the of the car and asks you to test both signal lights, headlights, etc. He/she then walks back and repeats with rear signal lights. That's all there is to it.

We live in nova scotia. I guess I should have said that. He said he thought there was a vehicle inspection before he did the test too. But we are not sure

My son never had a vehicle inspection. The procedure I viewed, and that happened years ago when I got my license is all they inspected. Now if the vehicle looks like it isn't driveable, then I would guess that would be the case. If you don't see this in the driver's handb ook, then I wouldn't worry about it. Just go.
