A signed payment plan or a telephone agreement - ?

Have you made the payments as agreed - ?

Was the agreement made directly with the creditor or with an agent?

    Sorry, but need more info.

Yes it was a telephone agreement and yes they took the first payment as scheduled.
But the woman states she never made the agreement but still intends to try and take the other payment next week even though my bank account is has a levy on it so that anything that goes in they take all of it... Of course nothing is the notes on their end even their head office said o well to me...

Unfortunately, the ball is in the creditor's court, so to speak. I'm sure you realize it was a mistake to make a payment without a signed agreement.

I think you may be stuck. You could always try to enter into a written agreement to pay but now that they think they're getting back their money right away, they have no incentive to enter into an agreement.
