OK I seen this movie a long time ago and want to see it again so if you could help me that would be great..
The movie starts with a man trying to kill himself by putting a garden hose from his muffler to inside the car but the young boys (brothers I believe) keep pulling it out.. after a few times he's mad and ends up shoting himself in the mouth right above the 2 boys.. and I believe towards the end the older boy some how investigates the reason why and finds the body in a boat in a boat house
