    She doesn't feel desirable
I'm in a long distance relationship online with a woman I find exciting and extremely desirable. She recently expressed that she doesn't feel attractive or sexy. Nothing could be further from the truth. While It's true that she is taking depression and anxiety medications associated with Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD) I feel there must be something I can do.

How can I help her to feel desirable and sexy and lovely again?

That's a hard one to answer. Have you guys met each other? You can tell someone that they are extremely desirable or sexy, but unless they believe it themselves, it's hard to convince them of it.

I don't think you'll be able to do that online... you'll have to meet her and be around her.

Complement her that's about all you can do, since you can't be there to show her, tell her about your fav features on her. Tell her how much she means to you, try and see her more and show her what you love about her, good luck

To be honest, I'm not sure all the compliments in the world are going to help her. I'm not saying don't try it, but it seems that it is more of a deep seated confidence issue that she must address... Try talking to her about her lack of self confidence and her depression. She needs to find things within herself that make her feel good... Perhaps she is unhappy in her current position in life... and only she can be the one to change that...

Turn it into close-distance relationship so you can look her in the eye when you compliment her, hold her hand, show her off to the world.

    Anything else would be fruitless.

JB is so right, as unless your there to reasure her, there is nothing you can do.

I agree with this. I think I fall into this camp.
