Crash diets aren't good and can cause weight gain. Once the initial weight loss have been achieve, many dieter find themselves hitting a plateau or regaining the weight. This happens because your body can go into starvation mode due to the loss of calories and fat and the calories not being burned. Crash diets can cause a yo-yo effect, weight up and down.

To maintain a healthy weight, think of diet and fitness as a lifestyle and not a quick fix.

What is your height and weight? Jenny Craig is a good program but can become expensive. You can achieve your goal if you commit to diet and do a regular exercise routine too.

If you still is interested in a crash diet I can give you some links but I just wanted to inform you about crash diets first.
