I recently filed bankruptcy and put my vehicle loan in the bankruptcy,the loan company filed amotion for relief from stay and abandonment. How do I type up a paper to disagree with it

Do you want to keep the vehicle and keep paying on it or do you wish to give the vehicles back to them? Don't quite understand what you want the car loan company to do.

What chapter of bankrutpcy 7 or 13, what was the reason for cause for them to ask for relef ?

loan to close to filing date, other secured lenders treated differently, if a chapter 13, unrealistic value of vechile?

its chapter 7 the value of the vehicle is a little over 10 thousand and the loan is 22 thousand because of trade in at the time I got the final vehicle I am trying to file an objection and just kind of needed to know what to say in my objection personnally blue book on the vehicle is only 7000

I will assume you are not using an attorney, there are sites that sell bankrutpcy forms and they are best to use, Also , at least a few years ago, bankrutpcy courts clerks supplied blank forms. And/or see about reviewing other courts documents that are similar.

** I will note if you are filing without an attorney debtors know this and will often try to file all sorts of motions to mess you up to get the bankrutpcy thrown out.
