My boyfriends bank account was frozen by his soon to be ex-wife. He lives off this money as he go laided off his job. How can he get his bank account unfrozen? Thank you.

Did she freeze it pursuant to a Court Order or Judgment? If so, the only way to take off the freeze is to pay her.

Otherwise I don't understand what happened here.

Thanks for answering so quickly, as far as I know she just had it frozen so he would not spend any of his money and she would be able to get part of it in the divorce... thanks

You need more details. The only way a bank would freeze an account is as a result of a court order. You need to find out what court issued the order. The bank should give him that info.
