a house might be looking to big. To re-establish credit you will need to get a credit card or two at first, and keep the payments ON TIME. Eventually, maybe a car loan.

I suppose you COULD find a lender to give you a house loan if you have a large down payment.. and other collateral. But you will get a bad rate, most likely a variable rate which really aren't good since it could skyrocket at some time.

I would contact an attorney. I am sure that there must be someway to repair your credit since you were a child when these account defaulted. That was an awful thing for a mother to do to a child.

You can have it all removed and probably sue the credit companies for giving credit to someone under age however do this might come back and bite your mother in the butt as well for applying for credit in someone else s name

Take mom to court, you can get out of it. What she did was illeagal. You can prove that you were underage at the time of purchase. Order your credit report and highlight those things and dispute them with the company and credit beure.
