I am currently going though a custody battle I have 2 kids ages 2 and 3 and I'm wondering does it look better in court if I'm single or if I'm living common law with someone that is not their father?

Common Law Marriage
If you go to GOGGLE and type in 'Common Law Marriage', you will see numerous links with more information.
I would think if you want custody of your children and you want what is best for them, then you should be living the way that provides the best invironment for the children. If you are doing that, then it would be a non-issue.
