    Credit card debt
I live in the state of Kentucky, how many years can pass by before a credit card company can not sue you over a debt? If they are trying to what do I do?

If it's open ended - a credit card - it's 5 years. That's 5 years from the last activity on the account - a payment, use of the card.

If it's out of Statute, that's your defense.

    Is it?
