Well, you need to read the lease. Most places will allow you to leave early.. as long as you pay. Some place are cool about it and will only charge a portion... other, you have to pay all the remaining rent.

Well, an eviction would be to force you to leave. So if you're already leaving on your own they wouldn't really gain anything by going through an eviction.Quote:

If they sue you, the judgement will go on your credit report (TRW is a credit bureau)
