    Breaking lease agreement
If I break my one year lease agreement after 9 months can they give me an eviction? Or will it just go on my trw?

Well, you need to read the lease. Most places will allow you to leave early.. as long as you pay. Some place are cool about it and will only charge a portion... other, you have to pay all the remaining rent.
It all depends... read the lease.

Well, an eviction would be to force you to leave. So if you're already leaving on your own they wouldn't really gain anything by going through an eviction.

But they can hold you responsible for what you agreed to in the lease. So they could likely get a judgement against you for the 3 months unpaid rent, plus whatever else the lease allows them to go after. (In many places they have to attempt to relet the place as soon as possible and can only charge you for vacant time. In some places they don't even have to try.)

Not sure whay "trw" is? Where are you located?

If they sue you, the judgement will go on your credit report (TRW is a credit bureau)
