How do I respond to questions that are false accusations? Do I have to provide answers to where I have applied for additional employment?

If that's what the question was about where else did you apply for additional employment, yes, you need to list those companies that you applied to. If you don't do this, then whatever claim/lawsuit you have pending could very well be in jeopardy of being dismissed or denied.

Most of the interrogatories I have every typed have been answered "Neither admitted nor denied." No matter what the case was about. It is then up to the Plaintiff's attorney to acquire the necessary information by other means.
