Hello. Does anyone know what happened to a company originally called Homestead Minerals Corporation (Utah)? I found a web site that states they may have merged in 1988, but it did not say with whom. Any info would be great. Thanks!

All I have is a paper dated 8/23/88 Telling stockholder of a reverse 3 for one 1 split.and to send $7.00 dollars to a transfer agent for a new certificate from Donald F. Jordan, president.
