Limited connectivity means your network card can't see your internet connection. You have to provide a COMPLETELY detailed description of your entire home networking environment before we can accurately guess at the problem.

    You're on a notebook.
    1. Internet connection type
    2. How internet is connected to network (wireless router, normal router, a desktop PC, not connected to anything)
    3. How notebook is TRYING to connect (wirelessly or via CAT5 network cable)
    4. If cable, is it connected to a router or directly to laptop?
    5. On your laptop, in NETWORK CONNECTIONS...what connections are listed and are they all enabled?
    6. Make and model # of all equipment above
