DUI Probation - Drove withouth a license
I received a DUI 3 years ago. Last year my I totally forgot to re-new my drivers license. So I was actually driving without a license for a couple of months. I went in to the DMV and passed their test & my license was re-newed. I have not had any tickets or even pulled over. My probation states that I have to have a valid drivers license during my probation, since I technically did not have one for short period, will I get in trouble for this? Should I report this to the court? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

I would assume it means you can not drive without a valid license, so assuming you were not driving with your license expired, then I see no real violation.

Now of course we all know you really did drive and that was a violation of your probation,

Do you report to a parole officer on a regular basis ?
