My husband moved out and into an apartment Nov 07. I stayed in the home until June 08 with our 9 year old twins. I then went to rehab in Mississippi. I left our girls with my sister. We filed for divorce May 5th however there have been no rulings. My husband got our children and moved back into our home and won't let me have the house back. We bought it when we were married but my name is not on the mortgage or deed. There is an restraining order on me against having any contact with him or coming to his APARTMENT,NOT our home. So my question can I go to our home when he is not there, and then tell him to get back out?? Help

I would do NOTHING without the advice of an Attorney - you could very well sit in jail while Attorneys argue whether you violated the letter of the law.
