My son is being acussed of something he didn't do, by a little girl who he knows since child hood. It's a sexual conduct ,he's acussed of touching her in her breast and her private part and the lawyer, I think is not on my side because she doesn't want to here my side of the story. What should I do? Change lawyers or hear her out first.

Agree with Excon - find an Attorney you trust. HOWEVER, depending on the age of your son, his Attorney may not legally be able to discuss this with you.

I don't understand why you have a side to the story - you son is the Defendant, right, and you are not involved?
