    Theft under 5000 second time
    Hello
I have got cought stealing gas yesterday about $70.00 got arrested got fine for theft under 5000, 3 years a go I got the same charge for stealing something from a store (winners) that is in canada ontario. I am wondering what I should do about this time and what kind of charges I am looking at this time, last time my charges were no criminal record did community hours. Not sure what is going to happen this time . I am thinking of getting a lawyer tomorrow some times.

Well last time it was your first offense and you got a diversion program, this time since it is not your first offense and obviously did not learn you will get a record for this theft unless you go to trial and are found not guilty or your attorney can work some plea out with them.

You won't just walk this time - the Court already tried that and you didn't learn. I would expect a fine, restitution, possibly community service - and a criminal record.

Did you bother reading what he wrote? He said: "last time my charges were no criminal record did community hours".

If you are also in this situation there are loads of threads from people with the same problem.

Please - this is a legal board. Speak in full sentences. No text talk. It is hard to take your situation seriously when you cannot express yourself.

Also read what OP posted -

You have posted your same question several times - should be combined.
