Mixer Tap - no water to shower only
    Hi
I have a mixer tap, the victorian type where the shower spray has a holder on top of the taps.

I can get water for the bath, water for the bath & shower together, but I can't just get water for the shower only.

Please can someone explain to me how to fix it?

    Many thanks:confused:

Do you mean a hand held shower?
What's the brand name of your valve? Wher's your diverter? Built in to the valve or on the spout?

Are you saying that when you divert to the shower that it comes out of the spout as well? Let me know, Tom

Hi Speedball, that is correct. The handle will only allow either tap or tap and shower but not shower only.:)
