Hello. I live in Indiana, and I don't know what laws apply where, but I was wondering something. Last night my friend was pulled over as soon as he got in his truck, and he was drunk. He was arrested for drinking and driving, transporting alcohol, drinking underage, and, illegal consumption, which I think is the drinking and driving part, and apparently he had a pill in his pocket. What kind of thing is he facing? He gets bonded out at 8:00 am this morning, which is in an hour from now. It is 7:00 now. He works for a naval base, and I don't know if that could get him fired, and what all things will heppen to him.

Can anybody help?

Depends on what his job is, if for example he is a truck driver and depends on his drivers license, and being insured on their vechiles this can effect it seriously.

Most likely DUI and minor in possession will be the charges, but then he needs an attorney and try and work out a plea agreement
