:confused: This is difficult, I would like to know a way to make breastmilk without having to pay for pills, my baby is still young and the nurses are pushing me to breastfeed her, but I can't put her to the breast because she gets frustrated because there is no milk, can anyone tell me a good way to produce milk?

I had a problem breastfeeding, not because of less milk, but being an older woman at the time was not comfortable and got frustrated thinking my son wasn't getting enough. I was pressured too but the outcome was, he thrived on formula. I was more relaxed and so was he.
To build supply, you need to stimulate the breasts. As Tickle said, there are ways to help boost the supply, but you need to get her going in the first place. Either by pumping or putting her to the breast frequently... preferrably both at this point. For the vast majority, it works on supply and demand.
Try putting her to the breast very often... every couple of hours at least during the day... three at the most at night. Yes, that means waking her up if you need to. Watch for hunger cues... sucking her hand, smacking her lips, sticking her tongue out, even when she is just quietly alert. When you see these behaviors, even if she was at the breast just an hour before, try her again. If you wait until she is crying, you missed the hunger cues and now it can be more difficult because she will get frustrated... which in turn is frustrating for you!
Even if she is on the breast for a short time, keep attempting several times. Pump for a little while after each session. Don't worry if you don't see much from pumping, some women don't, especially in the beginning. You can also try to express a bit of colostrum onto the nipple to entice her to latch on. Massaging the breast prior to a feed may also be helpful.
If your hospital or birth center has a lacatation counselor or consultant, ask to see them... or perhaps your pediatrician or health department will be able to help as well with locating one in your area.
Ultimately baby has to eat, so for now you will need to supplement for a bit. Ask about getting a SNS (Supplemental Nursing System). These are great! Soft plastic container will have formula in it that you wear around your neck. It has a thin tube that comes down and attaches to your breast. Baby gets fed, your breasts get the stimulation needed, baby associates feeding with being at the breast and gets to practice breastfeeding. Works well for everyone. You can also get finger feeders that work in a similar way, cup feeding with a medicine cup, or rhythm bottle feeding... let her suck 5 or 6 times remove the bottle, suck 5 or 6 times remove the bottle and so on. This way she has to work a little harder with the bottle as she will at the breast.
It can be frustrating at first, to be sure, but persevernce can pay off in most situations.
