Dear sir,

I have married for just over one year.Just after my marriage I had problem for sex with my wife. My semen quick came out. For that reason I used to take some herbal medicine twice a week. When I used those medicines I got good results. But I knew that using such medicines is not good for health. So I discontinued such medicines later. After 6 months of my marriage I had a tumor in my testis and I had to cut one testis. Later on it was found that I had testicular tumor in primary stage. Then I took 4 cycles of chemotherapy according to my physicians advice. Now I am fully well. The last dosage of chemo I took was March of this year. Now the problem of sex continues. My semen comes out very quickly than other people. And my penis takes time to get excited. My wife is always unhappy for so short duration of sex. Suggest me something to increase my sexual durability

You seem to want everything happen too fast!

All right, lets get the point – seriously:

* First, you've got a mental problem combined with a physical one.

* Second, there are ways to fix both of these problems.

* Third: You should start at the physical side in this case:
Get to know everything about your so called
"PC muscle" you can get!

... Try to get rid of the medicals you're using to improve your sexual powers.
What you need is a strong body. – Not strong medicine.

* Last but not least: Train your body as best as you can.
Run, swim, do Yoga, – breathe heavily(!) in any way for a
Long(!) sustaining time each day / week.
Get a lot of air into your lungs... and of course out again.

You are so cute. Learn to use your hands to make your wife feel good... There are other ways to take care of her without intercourse... Trust me... I know first hand.
Rub her whole body and maybe introduce toys to help her... AND you... Relax and get stimulated...

You could stand to learn more techniques beside jumpin' and humpin', and do some exploring, as to what turns your female on, and making sure she gets hers, before you do.

Firstly! Ask your wife to fondle your penis for sometime. When you are close to ejaculation tell her to stop and stay calm for ten minutes. Then ask her to do it again and at the right time you stop her. Continue this practice for one month or so. This practice helps you to increase your time of ejaculation.

Secondly! Just ask her to masturbate you and then after 15/20 minutes start foreplay and have sex. Second ejaculation takes little time than the first one.
