    What is the formula to find the perimeter measurement of a know area. Thank you.

    That entirely depends on the shape of the figure you're trying to find the perimeter. For example, an area can have a minimum perimeter by having the shape of a circle. Like otherwise, a complete pecular shape, being very long but having a small width has a very large perimeter. As a result, each shape has some kind of 'particularity' to switch from area to perimeter.
