    NERO wave editor software
I'm just wondering if anyone else has problems with Nero 8 as I do. To me it is nearly incomprehensable. It is such a huge piece of software and even the manuals have to be sought after from another site. OK, specifically, I bought it mainly because of its wave editor, but I'm finding that impossible to use. I see no way to be able to see the wave simultaneously along with the music I am recording from line in. I seem to have to wait until the input is finished, then it becomes visible.
Also, if I divide it into tracks, when I try to transfer it on to a CD disc, it only records the first track! How can I make sure it will record ALL of the separated tracks in succession?
    Thanks

Unfortunately, I cannot specifically answer your question, apart from encouraging you to attempt gleaning value for your dollar by contacting Nero support, because I gave up using Nero a couple versions back as their development strategies and direction no longer coincided with my needs and desires. If you've reached this point, have a look at Audacity sound editor and InfraRecorder. For me, the features (and price!) were right.
