Replacement mains pipe, no water from cold tap
Have just had a led pipe replaced, it now has a copper pipe between, goes from the kitchen to upstairs in the bathroom, all the taps hot and cold in the house are working apart from the cold kitchen sink tap and the outside tap, any ideas?

When replacing pipe or fixtures you can dislodge some scale and debris. Your kitchen cold line may have allowed debris to get into the cartridge. Remove it, clean it, grease the valve body and reinstall.

Check your shut off valve under the sink, it may have rust from the galv. Pipe lodged in it. Do this by turning it off, remove the supply tube from the fixture end, get a bucket, hold the open end in the bucket and turn on the shut off valve. If you have no or weak pressure it is the valve or the line feeding the valve. If you have good pressure it's the faucet.

Or, possibly whomever replaced the line, did not reconnect the kitchen and outside sillcock to the new line.
