Busy schedule creates problems pt 3
Ok I work not every day during the 7-day week.workdays varies.11to 730,12to730,1to 730,2to7;30,& 3to 7'30and I have a li'l side hustle on the work days I'm off during my 7day week... SO WHEN YOU COMBINE THIS-lets say I work Monday -saturday,with occasional sundays at my reg job.if I'm not schedule to work on Sunday I usually just relax.but my problem is trying to put my everyday workout into my daily VERY activity activities everyday-the workout is a fall-winter season thing where I'm tryna work my biceepts a day then the next day the tricept which gives a muscles days rest.last but not least where can I put studding in during my busy week.in the morning? In the afternoon?in the evening when I'm all wore out from work?get this on top of all of this I have a woman that leaves right next to me thankfully?and suggesstings?Oh if I poster this question in the wrong section can somebody repost this and put it in the right section thank you.this is only part 3 of this question because I wanted to be clear and detailed about my situation...
