How do I evict my son from my home in the state of Pennsylvania. He won't leave, won't do anything and is mean. Can't take it anymore

You need to go to court and start the eviction process. Go to a housing court in your county.

I guess my first question is;

How old is he?

Has he been abusive in that he has hit you or someone else?

If he is 18 or older and has been abusive and has caused harm then I would think that the authorities could become involved.

Could you give us some more information, what lead to this situation and some reasons as to what has happened to bring it to this point?

A lot of good advice, first and most important if you are in danger protect yourself no matter what you have to do.

If you are not in danger, give him notice to be out, and if he does not, take him to court and evict him.
