Hi , trying to find name of movie , but just have small bits of info , its about a kid who I think the us government were doing experiments on but was taken out of the complex by a professor in the trunk of his car , but at some stage of the movie this kid is flying a fighter jet over a lake are sea , that's as much useless info I have , think it could have been mid or late 80's ,
