    Eviction of a tenant
Hello, How Do I Have A Tenant Vacate My Property Without Going To Court? I Want Her Out And Her Lease Was Up A Month Ago. Her Lease Has Not And Will Not Be Renewed.

Give her a notice in writing and have it delivered and signed for so you know she got it. It is your property but at the same time you have make sure there will be no repercussions, so get it all in writing and signed for.

All you have to do is give her 14 days written notice,it does not matter about the lease.

Go over and nicely ask them to leave ? In the end if they just won't leave you will have to go to court. And why don't you want to go to court? If you are going to be a landlord you will be in court all the time with many tennants

The most sure fire way I know to get rid of tenants w/out going to court is to buy them off. Money talks!!

How badly do yo want to be rid of them? Court would be cheaper.
