    Your pregnancy has no affect on the lease. All 3 of you signed but the LL only want his money. If you walk out the other two are on the hook for the rent. They could sue you for it or find a replacement. If the 2 only pay 66.6% of the rent it would not likely be accepted by the LL. You have a legally binding lease, the fact that your friends turned out to be jerk also plays no affect. If I were you I'd walk out on those goof balls, they don't sound smart enough to know how to sue.

    You being pregnant has no bearing on any of this, not one bit. You have a lease, and should have know the habits of people before you share a house with them.
