Grammer of "private mode" in court for "LIBERTY"
What statement do I make in court to start a "private" conversation when my"strawman" name is called out to dispute being a material wittness?

A witness in a trial does not have any private converstations but what happens is that the attorney you are testifing for should have it arrange for you to testify in private if that is a requirement. You should be doing nothing
