Adding a dimmer to a ceiling fan attached light
I have a single switch that operates a ceiling fan and an attached light. There are
Two pull chains on the fan for separate control of the fan and light. Is there any way
To add a dimmer for the light?

    Thank yo

    Well, not easily.
Since the whole thing is on one switch, the fan/light is splitting the power.

You would need to run an entire second wire up to the fan so the light could be on its own switch (which you could then use a dimmer)

***Disclaimer: Im not an electrician!*** (but I think I'm right lol)

When you wired the fan, how many wires came from the ceiling, and what colors? Any other wires up there?
