    Calif. Child support
    Please tell me if calif. Law takes into account assets and income of spouses
    Who are not parents of child, In other words if remarried do they determine
    Support of new husband and wife. What is the statue or case law to constitute
    That determination?

    New spouse income is a line on the calculator.

    They can and will under certain circumstances. Its within the rhelm of calif law and there are places on the books for using it.
