Ive just come off pill as I missed a week. So, my question is; Im due for my period this week, I have tender brests and bloating am having regular sex am in my mid 40's. Just wandering if it's the pill causing symptoms - has been 3 weeks since last period and that's when I last took pill

Possibly, but it may also be that your period is coming up. Many women will experience bloating and tender breasts as premenstrual symptoms. You may never have had them before prior to your period, but sometimes your body doesn't always follow the norm.
Of course pregnancy is always a possibility as well... but odds are more likely it is due to hormone changes either from coming off the pill and/or your period about to start.
