I have a 95 civic cx 1.5 the car was running fine then one day I drove it and cut it off. Late are I tried to start it the check engine light can on and no fuel pump wining. I change the fuse box and the harness to the back of the car it start back up and started blowing fuses now I'm back at square one. One of my boys said add more grounds under hood but what do you think.

Adding a grounding kit on an old car is almost always will improve engine response.

But I doubt its your problem. Better consult with good auto electrician.
