    UK Immigation
As I understand it, if my husband is a student in the UK, then I as his spouse can legally work full-time, is that correct? What kind of visa would I be on?

Also, once he finishes his course and ceases to be a student, is my best bet to work on an HSMP visa? Or should I consider other options?

    Thanks!

Unless your husband is a UK citizen and you have a green card then the answer is NO !

Of course to help more fully we need to know both yours and his nationality.

Did you mean 'no' as in no I don't need a visa to work given that my husband will be a student?

I am a US citizen and my husband has a Green Card (he is an Indian citizen).

    Thanks for responding Curlyben.

What I meant by NO is the fact you CANNOT work !

You need to check out the Government Immigration Site, also This site deals specificly with work permits.
These site will give you all the information you need to work LEGALLY in this country
