Looking for an animated movie
There was an animated movie I loved as a kid.
It had to be from the late 80's or early 90's And I don't remember much of it at all. So here is what I remember, a little boy going to a place in a hot air balloon, and it's a fun place. Except there is a door with a talking black cloud or blob then the boy I think gets the key and lets it out. I know there is a boy and a black type of cloud or something, I just don't know much else to give details! I'm trying like crazy to find it so please help me find it!!
