My 99 civic wouldn't start this morning. Actually it did for about three seconds than nothing. It turns over fine but hasn't fired once. I checked everything I can think of. I've got plenty of fuel and plenty of spark on all 4 cylinders. The spark even appears to be firing in sequence. One guy I talked to said it could be the computer screwing up the timing for fuel to air ratio and spark delivery. Could this really be the case? And if so where can I locate the computer and how can I test it or another used one?
