    Filing I-485
    Hi,

I am on h1, changed my company in jan'08 due to financial resons, but I did not informed them about this. The old company applied for I-140 and it got approved. Now I want to go back to my old company apply for I-485 and stay with that company till I get my GC. Is it legal?

    Thanks,
    Kumar

You quit working for them and still want to get GC that they sponsor you and leave for a new employer? What a shame...

Here's your question: I want to go back to my old company apply for i-485 and stay with that company till I get my GC. Is it legal?

When you post question on public forum, be prepared to get feedback that you may like to hear or don't want to hear.. if you want a 4 star service, go to a lawyer, pay the fee.
