    Can anyone help me get my 13 year old emancipated??

    No. In areas where a minor is allowed to be emancipated the minimum age is 16. In addition, to get emancipated, the minor has to show they can survive on their own, which means having a job, a place to live, etc.

    Why would you want such a young child emanipated? In no state is that legal.
