What does that mean and what should I replace on my car? I drive over 200 miles a day and can't afford to break down,what should I do before I get back on the road?

Replace the distributor (genuine Honda only). The Top Dead Center Sensor, located inside the distributor, is bad. It's a non-serviceable item, so your distributor needs to be replaced.
