Start the washer and the appropriate lights (rinse, etc) come on but water won't go in, won't drain, won't spin. Timer doesn't seem to advance. So, there is power but no action at all.

What kind of washer front load or top load... and name like WHIRLPOOL CABRIO, or whirlpool estate
