Is there anyway, or any state that would allow us to legally marry without the consent of her very abusive mother??

What state do you live in? Regardless of whether you could legally marry in another state, she would have to run away to do so. She can go to juvenile hall for that. Bad idea. Has she considered getting emancipated or turning her mother in?

I had to dump her...

Turns out she act more mature then me...

No, she has to be 18 too in order to get married with out parental permission.
