I have had severe acne on my boobs for a few years now and I'm starting to clear it up but still have scars left over from it. This not only makes me not ever want to take my shirt off which doesn't help my sex life but makes me feel so bad about myself. So I have herd that microdermabrasion helps with acne scars on your face and I herd you can do it on other body parts but I can't figure out if you can do it on your boobs. I feel silly asking but had no other choice.

I've not heard that microdermabrasion can be done on breasts but some might do it!

Have you tried other treatments though? Such as Alpha Hydroxy Acid creams?

Yes I have its clearing up but I still have the scars that they say the microdermabrasion treatment also helps with. I mean it was bad and I have big round dark scars where it once was in several different locations on my breast. I still get them just not as bad but when I do its not like a normal pimple that goes away it will hurt really bad till it (pops ewww) but then it will heal kind of but not really after its open it just keeps the skin so soft that it reopens I mean I have had one pimple I guess you can say for months before it would dry out and heal and then it would leave a dark scar that are pretty big in size.

I think you can. I think women who want to get rid of the scars they get after getting breast enhancement surgery use microdermabrasion. If I'm not mistaken, a friend of mine is doing just that. It takes several sessions but it does get rid of scars. Talk to your esthetician.
