My husband has his appointment with immigration, next week I was wondering if he is going to be granted his visa to come over to the us or do I have to wait.

Hello everyone I need your help!! Im putting all my paper work together for my husbands interview with immigration. I'm almost done but the last thing that I need to do is write a letter to immigration, telling them why should my husband stay in the usa, and I'm lost I have no idea on where to start and I would appreciate it if you guys would help me come up with reasons.

What kind of visa? What letter?
If the consulate means "waiver", you must have attorney handles this matter.
