    Refrigerator, GE Profile, Water connection
I bought a GE Profile refrigerator today, model PFSS5NJXSS.
I have the copper tubing in place, behing where the new fridge will go. This tubing was already in place from the prior owner of this house, though, not hooked up to the fridge which is being replaced. I think I've located the source of the water supply under the kitchen sink, with the valve turned off. The thin copper tube behind the fridge is intact, thought a little crimped at one point--the end of the tube is crimped shut, and maybe welded shut. How do I proceed to get the water up and running properly to the new fridge?

    Thanks
    Tom

Shut water off to the sullpy, cut the crimped end off and put on a nut and furrow. Usually these are 1/4". You can find these at local hardware stores, Home Depot and Lowe's
