    Abandonment
My daughter is 6 years old. She has not seen her father in 3 years and has not talked to him in 1 year. He has not called to even check on her in 10 months. There is a court order to pay child support, but iI have not seen a dime of it. Can I get him for abandonment, if so how?

No you can't. What do you think you would accomplish by doing so?

Not really, you can take him back to court, turn it over into child support enforcement, how many times in the three years you have not gotten support have you taken him back to court.

You're best bet is to go back to court to have the support enforced. The judge will hold him accountable for the money owed to support.
