2 Email Accounts in Outlook Express at Same Time
    Is this possible?

My wife uses Roadrunner and Gmail, but really likes Outlook Express.

Is it possible to have both email accounts operating at the same time in O.E.?

If so, can you tell me how to set it up?

I had Roadrunner Tech Support walk me through the OE set up the 1st time, but I'm sure they will not be interested in helping add another provider.

    Thanks...

You can setup as many email accounts as you want. Rule of thumb, the ISP that handles the mail your are setting up almost ALWAYS has a "how to" for getting your email client working.

I searched for GMail on Outlook Express and instantly got GMail's setup page:

OE allows you to contain multiple Identities for each user. You can then setup e-mail accounts within each Identity.

Thank you both. It appears that I have an answer as to whether I can have 2 email addresses on OE at the same time.

I've been searching around (including Gmail set up) and I can't find anything on HOW to set up multiple addresses. (Couldn't find any tech support for Gmail)

Everything I've read explains how to set up a single address.

I'm sure, like everything else I've learned recently (much in thanks to you all) is easy once you know the "how".

    BTW, can you define "identity"?

    Thank you...

You really should learn to use the Help screens. Had you looked up Identities you would have gotten instructions.
