    Getting a second dog?
    I already have a Daschund. His name is frankie and he is 4 years old now. I am thinking about getting another dog but am unsure of which breed would be compatible with my current dog. I would consider getting another daschund but I am also open to getitng another breed. Please keep in mind that I have litter box trained Frankie... I also wonder would this cause any additional issues with a new dog? Any suggestions would be very helpful!

    I've always had multiple dogs - never had a problem but they have all been big dogs with very similar energy.

    Nothing to do with your question but why is your dog litter trained?
