Hello, I'm a 17 year old girl. For the past week or so my arms have both been hurting. Some times it's a stabbing pain, other times it feels like I have been doing heavy lifting all day(I don't do heavy lifting.) About two nights ago I was in the hospital for chest pains, I couldn't breath and my arms were hurting really bad. They told me it was more then likely anxiety. They did blood work, a chest x-ray, and an EKG. I've also had a cat scan from my chest to my "private" area and on my brain. Everything came back normal, no damage to my heart, my lungs, nothing wrong. They said that they thought my chest pains were acid reflux and anxiety. So she told me to take pepcid for two weeks. And that's helps a little. But my arms still hurt from time to time almost every day.
What's wrong?
